Amit Shah to chair South Zone Chief Ministers' Conference in Mamallapuram

Chief ministers from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Puducherry and Tamil Nadu are expected to attend. The conference will discuss issues relevant to the southern states, aiming to resolve differences and find amicable solutions for collective growth. The meeting is considered significant due to the decades-old Cauvery water dispute and the Mekedatu reservoir project, which Karnataka has been aggressively pursuing.
