Coworking operators leased over 1.91 lakh seats to corporates across India's top eight cities during January-June 2026, according to real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield. The figure, 1,91,306 desks, marked a 68% increase from 1,13,623 desks leased in the same period last year. The consultant said companies are increasingly seeking flexibility in managing their workplaces and are turning to flexible and managed workspace solutions instead of relying solely on conventional office arrangements.
