Bengaluru-based coffee chain Third Wave Coffee has raised Rs 408 crore led by existing investor WestBridge Capital, and plans to expand its cafe network from 240+ to 320 by the 2026-27 financial year.
Third Wave Coffee, a Bengaluru-based coffee chain, has raised Rs 408 crore ($43 million) in a funding round led by existing investor WestBridge Capital. Creagis and a group of angel investors also participated. The round included both primary capital and a secondary share sale.
The company currently operates more than 240 cafes and plans to increase this to 320 by the end of the 2026-27 financial year. It also intends to enter eight new markets by September and add around 100 cafes annually over the longer term.
Funds will be used to add stores in existing cities, enter new markets, and scale Third Rush Desserts, a dessert-focused format launched earlier this year.
