Sameera Group to launch 10 residential projects across Tamil Nadu

Sameera Lands and Constructions, a Chennai-based township developer, has announced the launch of 10 residential projects across Tamil Nadu from August 23 to September 1, 2026. The initiative, named '10 Projects in 10 Days across 10 Districts', will offer a mix of plotted developments and villas, with a total investment of ₹300 crore. Managing Director M. Sandeep Kumar said the launches aim to meet the growing demand for organised residential developments in emerging markets across the state. The company stated that the projects will be funded internally and will feature gated environments, parks, and other common amenities.
