Tamil Nadu plans AI centres, GPU computing cluster and 500-service Super App

The Vetri Tamil Nadu Super App will be developed at a cost of Rs 5 crore. The Vetri Tamil Nadu Artificial Intelligence Centres of Excellence (VTN AI CoE) will be established through the Tamil Nadu Electronics Corporation (ELCOT). The GPU computing cluster is also part of the state's AI infrastructure plans, though further details were not provided in the announcement.
