Tamil Nadu to review curbs on construction material transport to Keralam

The Tamil Nadu government has promised to review restrictions on transporting construction materials to Keralam. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay gave the assurance to Keralam Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan during a meeting held on the sidelines of the Southern Zonal Council meeting in Mahabalipuram on Thursday. The restrictions, introduced earlier to ensure sufficient supplies within Tamil Nadu, apply to materials including rough stones, khandas, boulders, M-sand, metal jelly, ballast, mill stones, hand chakais, and stones used for building and road construction.
